LOUISBURG, NC--Funeral services for Bernice P. Harris, age 87, who died on Monday, May 2, 2022, will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, May 12, from the St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Louisburg with Dr. Felecia Hardy officiating. Burial will follow in the Haywood Church Cemetery.
She is survived by four daughters, Patricia Alston (Rickey) of Franklinton, NC, Sandra Harris of Portland, OR, Mary Boone of Louisburg, NC, Glenda Harris of Portland, OR; five sons, Sammy Harris, Jr. (Nancy) of Portland, OR, Ronnie Wayne Harris and Steven Tyrone Harris, both of the home, Mitch Harris (Angie) of Portland, OR, Christopher Car Harris (Donna) of Louisburg, NC; one sister, Lucy Crudup of Louisburg, NC; 25 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be Wednesday, May 11 from 6-7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
