CASTALIA, NC - Francine Collins Rich, 69, of Castalia, died Tuesday morning, March 14, 2023.

Born December 28, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Grover and Dorine Gilliam Collins and was preceded in death by her sister, Charlene Collins.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Rich; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Mitzi Abbott; Chad and Mandy Evans; step-son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Pam Rich; brother, Kirk Collins; four grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

Per Francine's request there will be no service.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Red Bud Baptist Church, Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, 1284 NC Hwy. 58 Castalia, NC 27816.
