"Beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandma"

Louisburg, NC--June Pearce, 88, of Land Farm, 6413 Pearces Road, Louisburg, NC went peacefully to her Lord and Savior Saturday afternoon, May 20, 2023. June was the daughter of the late Everette and Estelle Land of Franklin County.

June attended Bunn High School and shortly after graduating married Kimble Pearce in 1954. They had three sons, Kim, Guy, Joe, and one daughter Kay. They made their home in Raleigh for 45 years before moving back to the beloved farm where she grew up.

June was a devoted wife and mother. She dearly loved spending time with her family and in later years doting on her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was full of life and was loved by so many people for her joyful heart and kindness to others. She was a faithful servant of the Lord as a loyal member of Bunn Baptist Church, and she loved her church family.

June is preceded in death by Phil Kimble Pearce, her loving husband of 54 years.

She is survived by her sons Kim and daughter in law, Karen, Guy, Joe and daughter in law, Katie, daughter Kay and son in law, Richard. Grandchildren Dana (Chris), Kate (Luke), Sam, Joshua (Tatia), Jessica (Daniel), Jonathan, Julia, Joanna, Justin. Great-grandsons Pearce, Jack, Tate, and Henry.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 24 at Bunn Baptist Church, 205 E. Jewett Avenue, Bunn NC. Visitation will precede the service at one hour prior. A private burial will be held later.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bunn Baptist Church.
