Mary Louise Johnson Horace

Castalia, NC--Funeral services for Mary Louise Johnson Horace, age 83, who died on Saturday, July 8, 2023, will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, July 16, from the Mitchner's Grove Baptist Church in Franklinton with Pastor Melvin Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchner's Grove Church Cemetery.

Born September 25, 1939, she is survived by three daughters, Gladys Marie Davis Scott (James) of the home, Angela Rena` Moses Davis (Sandy) of Louisburg, NC, Charlotte Delouis Manson (Preston) of Danville, VA; two sons, Jerry Moses (Daffie) of Bunn, NC, Mark Moses (Linda) of Raleigh, NC; six sisters, Janie Green, Barbara Yarborough and Brenda Farrell (Raymond), all of Franklinton, NC, Pamela Freedman, Katie Arrington and Mary Johnson, all of Louisburg, NC; five brothers, Larry Johnson of Nashville, NC, Samuel Johnson, Judge "J. B." Johnson (Mary) and Michael Wilder (Earlene), all of Louisburg, John Smith of Raleigh, NC; nineteen grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

There will be a viewing on Sunday from 2 until 3 p.m. at Mitchner's Grove Baptist Church in Franklinton.
