CHRISTOPHER EARL BRIDGER, JR.

Christopher Earl Bridger, Jr., 35, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023. He was born August 7, 1987 in Durham County. Christopher was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Billy "Hank" Smith; paternal grandfather, Joseph Earl Bridgers; aunt, Kim Smith.

He is survived by his parents, Christopher Bridgers, Sr. (Emma) and Billie Jo Smith; brother, Preston King; maternal grandmother, Edna Rich; paternal grandmother, Brenda Riggs.

Visitation with family and friends will be Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 31, 2023 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Moss and Rev. David Proctor officiating in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
