Silver Spring, MD-- Funeral services for Frances O'Neal Williams, age 84, formerly of Louisburg, NC, who died on Thursday, September 21, 2023, were held 2 p.m., Sunday, September 24, from the New Liberty Baptist Church, Louisburg, with Rev. Timothy J. Faison, officiating. Burial followed in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Born Dec. 19, 1938, she is survived by two sisters, Della O. McCowan of Laurel, MD and Ella O. Bolden of Franklinton, NC.; two bonus daughters, Melva Williams of Atlanta, GA and Kristen Chancellor (Gary) of Newark, DE; bonus son-in-law, Darwin Johnson of Gaithersburg, MD; two bonus grandchildren; one sister-in-law Bessie M. O'Neal; a Goddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was 1:30-2 p.m., Sunday at the New Liberty Baptist Church.
