OXFORD, NC -- William "Daryl" Bowden, age 54, of Oxford, died March 27, 2024 at WakeMed Health and Hospitals, Raleigh, NC.

He was born in Oxford, NC to the late Wilbert and Emma Lee Perry Bowden on July 21, 1969.

Along with his parents, one brother, Barry T. Perry preceded him in death.

Survivors: twin sister, Carol Thornton (Albert) of Oxford, NC; sisters, Margaret Dunston (Ralph) and Wanda Jackson (John); brothers, June Bowden (Mary) and Wilbert K. Bowden, all of Franklinton, NC; sister-in-law, Cheryl Perry of Rolesville, NC; aunt, Ella Mae Crudup; five nieces and five nephews; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 4 at Symna Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Oxford, NC. Rev. Randolph Moten, pastor.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.
