Danville, VA -- Funeral services for Donna "Black" Winston, age 51, formerly of Franklinton, NC, who died on Friday, June 6, 2025, will be held on Monday, June 16, at 1 p.m. at the Pine Grove Baptist Church in Creedmoor with Rev. Timothy Green officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Church Cemetery.

Born Feb. 22, 1974, she is survived by her daughter, Jaquita Winston; and one son, Chris Winston, both of Danville, VA; her father, Larry Crudup (Mildred) of Wake Forest, NC; two sisters, Tameka Winston of Raleigh, NC, Tameka Wood (Pamela) of Durham, NC; two brothers, Robert Jamaine "Hawk" Hawkins of Franklinton, NC, Brandon Crudup (Laura) of Louisburg, NC; and two granddaughters.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 4 until 5 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
