Louisburg, NC -- Funeral services for Raymond Evans Jr., age 55, who died on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, will be held on Thursday, August 14, at 1 p.m. from the Rocky Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg, Rev. Rory Sneed, officiating.

Born Nov. 7, 1969, he is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Rains Bradley (Travis) of Myrtle Beach, SC, one son, Nicholas Evans (Latoya Jackson-Evans) of Maryland, two brothers, Randy Williams (Melody) and Preston Evans both of Louisburg, NC, four sisters, Pearlean Mitchell and Geraldine Williams both of Raleigh, NC, Marcella Gallatin of Wake Forest, NC, and Dorothy McClaston (John) of Spring Hope, NC, and two grandchildren.

The family received friends Wednesday, August 13, from 6 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.
