Louisburg, NC -- Funeral services for DaQuan Malik Nixon, age 33, who died on Friday, August 8, 2025, were held Monday, August 18, at 2 p.m. from the Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg. The Rev. Tyrese Perry officiated.
He is survived by his children, Jakarian Bynum, Taniyah Bynum, Kaliyah Nixon, Lauren Nixon, DaQuan Nixon Jr. and Malaya Nixon; his parents, Larry and Detra Hunt of Louisburg, and Tony Nixon (Amy Warren) of Raleigh; siblings, Joseph Fogg (Tina) of Zebulon, Tony Nixon of Youngsville, Rageine Fogg of Youngsville, and Derick Warren of Raleigh.
The family received friends Sunday, August 17, from 6 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.
