Franklinton , NC -- Mary Lee Perry Johnson, age 84, of Franklinton was born on April 27, 1941, in Franklin County, NC to the late Jasper and Dorothy Mae Perry. Mary died October 19, 2025.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Jasper Perry Jr., Joseph M. Perry, and James Perry; four sisters, Helen Teasley, Mary Kingsberry, Louise Fuller, and Lucy Lee Green.
Survivors: two sons, Thomas Harris of Augusta, GA, and James Harris of the home; one sister, Geraldine Richardson of Franklinton, NC; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service was held Saturday, October 25, at 1 p.m. at Pope Chapel United Church of Christ. Rev. Ervin Milton, Interim Pastor, Rev. Leroy Dukes, officiated. Interment in church cemetery.
