BUNN, NC -- David Carlton Batton, 70, of Bunn, died Monday morning, January 5, 2026 at WakeMed.
Born April 30, 1955, C.B. was the son of the late Bill and Dot Batton.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Averette Batton; daughter, Bailey Batton of Wake Forest; son, J.W. Batton of Bunn; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Judy Batton of Wake Forest; and a niece and nephew.
A visitation will be held 6 - 7:30 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2026 at Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, Louisburg. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, Louisburg.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 7413 Six Forks, Suite 255, Raleigh, NC 27615.
