BUNN, NC -- Judy Chamblee Medlin, 83, of Bunn, passed away Friday evening, January 23, 2026 at Transitions Life Care.
Judy was the daughter of the late Eugene G. Chamblee and Margaret Arnold Chamblee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis C. Medlin; sisters, Ida Gerould, and Iris Hill; brothers, E.G. Chamblee and Harold Chamblee.
A funeral service was held 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family received friends immediately following the service. A private burial followed at Pearce Baptist Church Cemetery.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Monica Pearce and her husband, Ken of Bunn; granddaughter, Alexa Pearce; sister, Eleanor Arnold.
