CASTALIA, NC -- Leslie Anne Leonard, 32, of Castalia, died in an automobile accident Sunday afternoon, February 8, 2026.
Born February 2, 1994, Leslie was preceded in death by her father, Bunnie Leonard.
She is survived by her son Troy Carpenter; mother, Nancy S. Leonard; sister and brother-in-law, Amanda L. and Michael Holmes; maternal grandmother, Janet M. Stallings; a nephew; a special friend; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends 1 - 2 p.m. Thursday, February 12, with the funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in the Leonard Family Cemetery.
