Louisburg, NC -- Funeral services for Diane B. Drake, age 76, who died on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, was held on Tuesday, May 5, at 1 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Nashville, NC.

Born March 7, 1950, she is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Battle (Gregory) of Whitakers, NC and Schwan Drake (Ellis) of Hollister, NC, three sons, James Drake of Rocky Mount, NC, John Drake (Michelle) of Rocky Mount, NC and Keith Drake (Marion) of Nashville, NC, eleven grandchildren and a host of great and great great grandchildren.

There was a viewing Tuesday, May 5, from 12 until 1 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, NC.
