LOUISBURG – Hazel Nash Shearin, 94, of Louisburg, died Wednesday night.
Mrs. Shearin was a daughter of the late Walter Lee and Lizzie Gilliam Nash. She was preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Shearin; daughter, Iva Lynn Mustian; sister, Bertha May; brothers, Johnson Nash and Jack Nash.
Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at White Level Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.
Mrs. Shearin is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Frances Tharrington, Darnell and Barry Morgan; sons and daughters-in-law; Milton and Faye Shearin, Donne and Sandra Shearin, all of Louisburg; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to White Level Baptist Church, Building Fund, 2400 White Level Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
The family will receive friends 7 – 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Strickland Funeral Home, 103 W. Franklin St., Louisburg.
