ZEBULON - Frances Dean Corbett, 85, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at her home. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, May 22, at Corinth Baptist Church, Zebulon. Burial was on the church cemetery.
She was born in Wake County to the late Daniel Dean and Lillie Copley Dean. She was a retired teacher’s aide with Johnston County schools.
Surviving: a daughter, Sue Hinton (James) of Zebulon; sister, Gladys Ullery of Kenly; two grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E. J. Corbett Jr.; son, Joe Corbett III; brother, Arthur Dean; and a great-granddaughter.
