FRANKLINTON - Louise Huffman Taylor, 72, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009 at Franklin Regional Medical Center in Louisburg. Funeral services were Friday, Feb. 6, at Perry’s Chapel Baptist Church, Franklinton, with the Rev. Clyde Waiden presiding. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Nanticoke, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Pete and Phyllis Baker Hoffman.
Surviving: husband, Truman Taylor; daughters, Shari Silk of Methuen, Mass. and Desiree Taylor of Franklinton; sons, Truman (Bud) Taylor Jr. and Pete Taylor, both of Franklinton; sister, Beverly Kisbrough; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army, 355 Alexander Ave., Henderson, NC 27536.
