LOUISBURG – Grace Eleanor Radford, 92, died Monday afternoon, Sept. 14, 2009. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home in Louisburg, with Chaplain Allen Murphy officiating.
She was a daughter of the late Henry Coleman and Annie Denton Radford.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Garland M. Burnette and W. H. Radford, Jr.; daughter, Sallie Brunette; and sons, Eddy Burnette and Doug Burnette.
Surviving: daughter Debbie (Jack) Wood of Castalia; brother Maynard (Grace) Radford of Henderson; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tender Loving Care Home Health and Hospice, 3320 U.S. 1 Hwy. Suite B, Franklinton, NC 27525.
