BUNN – Cory James Wells, 30, died Sunday morning, May 16, 2010.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Rock Spring Baptist Church with the Rev. Melton Tyson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Cory was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dave F. Hunt.
Surviving: his mother and stepfather, Phyllis H. and Steve Goodheart of Raleigh; father, Kenneth J. Wells of Zebulon; brothers, Christopher Wells of Zebulon, David Wells of Louisburg; paternal grandparents, Willard and Sharon Eldridge of Bunn; maternal grandmother, Phyllis C. Hunt of Louisburg; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rock Spring Baptist Church, 34 Rock Spring Church Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
Arrangements are by Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg.
