ZEBULON - Howard Aaron Creech, 70, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2010. Funeral service was Thursday, Sept. 16, at Strickland Funeral Home in Wendell, with burial following in Union Chapel Baptist Church cemetery.
A native of Johnston County, he was son to the late Jesse Earl and Bessie Blackmon Creech. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was retired from Atlantic States Bankcard Assoc.
Surviving: wife, Cathy R. Creech; daughter, Michelle C. Foltz (Gavin) of Apex; children, Kimberly Stephens (Scott) of Virginia Beach, Va., and Bryan Baldwin and fiancé, Casey Gardner of Raleigh; brothers, Ed Creech of Micro, Tom Creech (Diane) of Raleigh, and Carolyn Bridges of Selma; and six grandchildren.
Flowers or memorials to the American Heart Association or Duke Heart Center are welcomed.
