JOHNSY BEAMAN HARRIS
October 16, 1928-September 22, 2010
LOUISBURG - Johnsy Beaman Harris of Louisburg peacefully departed this world September 21, 2010 to be with her Lord.

Surviving are her husband of 60 years, John F. Harris, Jr; children, John F. Harris III, Frances Harris Wilder and husband Ryon W. Wilder, James B. Harris and wife Tammy G. Harris; grandchildren, Jamie Harris, Daniel Huffman, Ryon Wilder Jr. and Harris Wilder; sister, Jane B. Aycock; and brother, John E. Beaman and wife Virginia.

Johnsy was always active in her community and her Church, serving the Lord and others in all that she did. She was a blessing to all those whose lives she touched.

Many thanks to Hospice of Wake County for their loving care and compassion.

Memorial service was held at Shiloh Methodist Church, 1634 Mort Harris Road, Louisburg, on Friday September 24, at 2 PM. Family remained after service to greet friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Shiloh United Methodist Church, 1636 Mort Harris Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549, or Hospice of Wake County, 200 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC, 27607.

Arrangements are by Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg.
