LOLA MAE JEANS CLIFFORD
RICHMOND, VA - Lola Mae Jeans Clifford, 77, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 4, 2011.

Lola was born and raised in Louisburg, NC. She was the daughter of the late Athe and Lola Jeans.

Lola is survived by her husband, Raymond E. Clifford Sr.; daughter, Linda L. Davis and her husband, Danny; son, Raymond E. Clifford Jr. and his wife, Kalua; sister, Daphine “Carol” Castelluzzo; brother, Nelson Jeans; grandson, Jimmy Ford and his wife, Sally; great-grandchildren, Cody, Sam and Amanda Ford.

As a long time member of Branch’s Baptist Church, Lola had great love for the church and the Lord. Mom is now singing high soprano in the heavenly choir, just as she said she would.

Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011 at Branch’s Baptist Church, 3400 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060.
