WILLIAM F. HOLDSWORTH
YOUNGSVILLE - William Francis Holdsworth, 85, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007. A Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, Jan. 31) at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church in Wake Forest, with Father John Parish officiating.

He was born in St. Nazaire, France, the son of William Roland and Germaine Robert Holdsworth. He retired as vice president of Accounting and Taxation after 47 years employment with the Personal Products Division of Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals.

Surviving: his brother, Ralph Holdsworth of Arlington, Va.; daughters, Sherian B. Epstein of Youngsville, Renee E. Bennett of Kittrell and Mary Beth Herrmann of Morganton; son, William W. Holdsworth of Morganton; son, William W. Holdsworth of Gainesville, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, John Holdsworth; sister, Germaine Holdsworth; and one infant grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Jersey Foundation of the Blind, Att. Finance Department, 230 Diamond Spring Road, P. O. Box 929, Denville, NJ 07834 or to The Juvenile Diabetes, 183 Wind Chime Drive, Raleigh, NC 27615.
