OLA V. PERDUE
LOUISBURG - Ola V. Rudd Perdue, daughter of the late George and Annie Hicks Rudd, died Monday, July 9, 2007 in Franklin Regional Medical Center. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wilder Perdue; sisters, Evelyn Rudd, Annie R. Phillips and Olive R. Poole; brothers, Fred Rudd, Clinton Rudd, Clifton Rudd and Frank Rudd.

Graveside services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. from Bunn Cemetery with the Rev. Rhonda Maurer officiating.

Surviving: daughters, Sylvia P. Beard of Goldsboro, Jeanette P. Poole of Knightdale, and Charlotte P. DeMai and husband, Richard, of Raleigh; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Bunn Methodist Church Building Fund, 200 Main Street, Bunn, NC 27508, Bunn Rescue, P. O. Box 236, Bunn, NC 27508, or to Bunn Fire Department, P. O. Box 74, Bunn, NC 27508.

Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funerals and Cremations, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.
