DIRK EVERETT BEAN
WAYNESVILLE—Dirk Everett Bean, age 37, died suddenly on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at his home in Louisburg, NC.

He had lived in the Wake Forest, Louisburg area for the past 17 years. He was the son of Barbara R. Bean and the late Allen E. Bean. Dirk was owner of Appalachian Hardwood Floors and was a member of the National Wood Flooring Association. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, and visiting with his friends.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Christopher Bean of Asheville and Eric Bean and his wife, Stacy, and their two children, Colby and Patrick, of Waynesville.

He will be deeply missed by his family and especially by his little dog, Duke. Dirk always held a special place in his heart for children and pets and loved to make people laugh. He was an extremely hard worker and took tremendous pride in the quality of his work.

Private graveside services will be held at Greenhill Cemetery with the Reverend Luis Campos officiating.

For those who desire, an on-line memorial register is available at “Obituaries” at “www.wellsfuneralhome.com”
