ELIZABETH "SHORT JAW" WILLIAMS

HENDERSON--Funeral services for Elizabeth "Short Jaw" Solomon Williams, 96, who died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018, will be held Saturday, Aug. 25, at 11 a.m. at Mitchell Baptist Church in Louisburg, with Dr. Daniel Lilly officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Church cemetery.

FRANKLINTON--Evelyn Kearney Harris, 88, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 1245 Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Road, Franklinton, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Carl Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

BUNN - Luther Glenn Mitchell, 87, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018. Funeral service will be held at Poplar Springs Baptist Church on Thursday, Aug. 23. The family visitation will be 12:30 - 1:45 p.m., with the service at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Bunn Cemetery.
