RALEIGH--Funeral services for Brenda "McBren" Neal, 67, who died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, were held Saturday, Nov. 30, at New Hope Freedom and Deliverance Cathedral in Louisburg, with Dr. Felecia W. Hardy officiating. Burial followed in the Cemetery on the Hill.

LOUISBURG--Funeral services for James Roy "Roy Boy" Watkins, 75, who died Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, were held Monday, Dec. 2, at Eagle Rock United Christian Church in Wendell, with the Rev. Everett Sanders officiating. Burial followed in the Eagle Rock Church cemetery.
