LAWRENCE “MANN” LLOYD CREECH SR.
ZEBULON - Lawrence “Mann” Lloyd Creech Sr., 78, died  Sept. 21, 2010 at Coventry House. A native of Wake County, he was the son of the late Clem and Ester Whitley Creech, Jr.

Mr. Creech was a graduate of Wakelon High School and was a U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He worked at Westinghouse for 27 years. He was a member of Whitestone Masonic Lodge and the Amran Temple.

Surviving: son, Lawrence Creech, Jr.; one granddaughter; brothers, Lelon “Penny” Creech (Julia), Grady Creech (Linda); sisters, Doris Price, Virginia Richards (Donald), all of Zebulon; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Bette Sue Creech.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to the Shriners Hospital Burn Center or to Heartland Hospice.

The funeral service was Thursday, Sept. 23 at Union Chapel Baptist Church with visitation prior to the service and at other times at the home of Penny and Julia Creech, 8325 Cunningham Rd. Interment followed at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens with Full Masonic Rights.
