NANCY E. LILLY
YOUNGSVILLE - Nancy Edwards Lilly, 64, died Monday, July 2, 2012 at her home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 4, at 11 a.m. at Flowers Funeral Chapel in Henderson, conducted by the Rev. Richard Brown and the Rev. Robert Weatherly. Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.

Born in Vance County, she was the daughter of Mary Etta Bartholomew Edwards of Henderson and the late Wallace Parker Edwards, and was the widow of Phillip David Lilly. She was a retired secretary at Wake Forest Police Department.

Surviving: sons, S. Scott Jenkins (Katie) of Woodbridge, Va., and Wesley Allen Jenkins (Susan) of Glen Allen, Va.; stepdaughter, Laura McDaniel of Durham; sisters, Evelyn Edwards of Henderson and Mary Alice E. Joyner (Terry) of Wilmington; brother, Dan Edwards (Cindy) of Wake Forest; six grandchildren;  two nieces and a nephew.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Amedisys Hospice Care, 3320 US 1 Hwy., Suite B, Franklinton, NC 27525.
