YOUNGSVILLE—Linda Eakes Glover, 58, died Monday, Aug. 5, 2013 at Duke Raleigh Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, with Pastor Dave Bundy officiating.
She was born in Franklin County to the late Henry Eakes and Sara Harris Eakes. She worked in the purchasing department for Corning Glass/AVX for 37 ½ years and most recently was a pharmacy technician with CVS Pharmacy in Rolesville. She had recently started attending Hill King United Methodist Church.
Surviving: husband, Dan Glover; sister, Donna Eakes Jackson of Youngsville; numerous friends and extended family.
The family asks, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the SPCA of Franklin County, P.O. Box 1194, Youngsville NC 27596.
