JOHN RICHARD “DICK” MARYMAN

LOUISBURG—John Richard “Dick” Maryman, 80, of Louisburg died Monday, January 13, 2013.  The son of the late Frank and Rabie White Maryman.  He was also preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy “Dot” Snow.  

A memorial service will be held Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rocky Mount with Pastor Alice Johnson-Curl officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service. 

Dick is survived by his wife, Ramona Fox Maryman; his son and daughter-in-law, John and Beth Maryman; his daughter and son-in-law, Dyann and Dale Acton; his grandchildren, Aimee Acton, Thomas Maryman; his stepson, Joseph Rowland; his stepdaughters and stepsons-in-law, Shelah and Trinny Lerma, Janet and Carter Powell; numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his nephew, Dr. Judson Snow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice Home of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC  27607. Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg, NC.  Online condolences may be made to www.lancasterfcs.com.
