RALEIGH - Lizzie Mae Arnold Cash, 99, died Sunday Feb. 1, 2015 at Universal Healthcare. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Flat Rock Baptist Church cemetery.
She was born in Franklin County to the late Willie Arnold and Zanie Pearce Arnold. She was retired from Westinghouse.
Surviving: daughters, Betty Cash Hamilton of Clayton, Nancy Burgess of Raleigh and Kay Cash Bryant of Raleigh; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Amos "Pete" Cash, and by her son, Willie Burton Cash.
