CALEB ALLEN IV

LOUISBURG - Caleb Allen IV, 51, of Louisburg, NC, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015. He was born on August 18, 1963 to Caleb Jr. and the late Avis Lorene Mills Allen. In addition to his mother, Caleb was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Jay Allen.

A graveside memorial service was held Monday, August 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Allen Family Cemetery. The family received friends immediately following the service.

Caleb was a Health Tech at Nash General Hospital in the Emergency Department where he loved his coworkers. He loved his family, his home and his animals. He loved riding his four wheeler on his land and cooking. Caleb was very tenderhearted and loved people. He could talk to anyone.

Caleb is survived by his wife, Lee Ann; their daughter, Kassie Allen; son, Caleb Allen V; his father, Caleb Allen, Jr.; his sister, Donna Aycock (Ricky); brothers-in-law, Danny Koonce (Penny) and Timmy Koonce (Sherry); sisters-in-law, Dawn Davis (Chip) and Carla Hoffman (Bobby); 12 nieces and nephews; and 5 great-nieces and nephews .

Caleb's family suggests that you consider contributions to the Franklin County Animal Shelter in his memory. Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, NC. Online condolences may be made to www.lancasterfcs.com.
