BILL FULLER

LOUISBURG--Bill Fuller of Louisburg passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday evening, May 11, 2016 at his home after a two-year courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Mr. George Fuller and Mrs. Frances Fuller. He was also preceded in death by all of his siblings, The Honorable George Fuller, Mr. Bobby Fuller and Ms. Bertha Ann Fuller.

Bill is survived by his wife of forty-one years, Mrs. Wendy Fuller of the home. His children, Dr. Patrick Fuller and wife, Laura of High Point and Mr. Derrick Fuller and wife, Kendall of Zebulon. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; Luke Fuller, Anna Brooke Fuller, Lilly Fuller, Sarah Belle Fuller, Jacob Fuller, Paul Fuller and Carson Fuller. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, along with eleven nieces and nephews.

Bill was a business man, restaurant owner and entrepreneur for over forty years. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church of Louisburg where he served in the past as a deacon and as teacher of the men's Sunday school class. He spent his life as a quiet and humble man that always tried to help those in need in simple and compassionate ways.

The family will receive friends at Lancaster Funeral Home, 804 N. Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A memorial service to remember his life will be held at Corinth Baptist Church, 4582 US 401 Hwy N., Louisburg on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Matthew Bowden and the Reverend Richard Fish officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Corinth Baptist Church, 907 Trinity Church Road, Louisburg, NC 27549.
