JC (JULIAN CARL) PROCTOR

NEW ALBANY, IN--JC (Julian Carl) Proctor, 86, formerly of Louisburg, died Friday, July 29, in New Albany, Ind. A graveside memorial service will be held at Oakdale Cemetery in Spring Hope on Saturday, Aug. 6, at 11 a.m.

He was born November 30, 1929 to Abson and Gola (Holland) Proctor in Nash County, N. C. He was an army veteran and former textile worker.

Surviving: daughters, Teresa Campbell (Howard) of Nabb, Ind. and Barb Conway of North Bend, Ore.; brothers, Elbert and Buell; sister-in-law, Joyce Proctor; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name with Wounded Warrior Project. Donations can be mailed to Wounded Warrior Project, 1900 Ford Ham Road, Suite 100, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
