ANN GRIFFIN JEFFREYS

LOUISBURG--Ann Griffin Jeffreys, 86, of Louisburg went to be with the Lord on April 14, 2017.

Born January 17, 1931 to the late Robert D. and Lilla Lanier Griffin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, M. B. Jeffreys, Jr.; her children, Barbara Dement and M. B. Jeffreys, III; her siblings, Guy, Truett, Howard Lee and Robert Griffin. Ann was a very skilled artist, a fabulous homemaker, seamstress and gardener.

The family received friends from 1:00 pm-1:45 pm on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Rock Spring Baptist Church, where funeral services followed at 2:00 pm with the Reverend Melton Tyson officiating.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Lynn Jeffreys; grandchildren, Kevin Todd Jeffreys and Amber Jeffreys Brown; sister, Hilda Griffin Duke; and many loving nieces and nephews.
