LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Eddie Morris Crudup Sr., 83, who died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, will be held on Sunday, Oct. 29, at 2 p.m. at Popes Chapel United Church of Christ in Franklinton, with the Rev. Leroy Duke officiating. Burial will be held in the Popes Chapel Church cemetery.

Surviving: seven daughters, Carolyn Lawrence of Pittsburg, PA, Jill Kearney of Henderson, Sharon Williams (Tony) of Raleigh, Barbara Smith (Hubert), Shelia Mitchell (Owen), Mary Hillard and Lavern Poinderxter (Vaughan), all of Louisburg; five sons, James Williams of Youngsville, Robert "Shack" Williams of Louisburg, Eddie Morris Crudup Jr. of Maple Hill, NC, Reginald Crudup of Durham, Barry Crudup of Louisburg; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
