JUDY PAGE HARRIS

LOUISBURG--It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Judy Page Harris announce her passing at her home at Lake Royale, Louisburg, NC on April 5th, 2018 at the age of 70. She fought hard with grace through the medical challenges she had been dealt, but God saw fit that she had fought long enough and He brought her home to rest.

Judy touched many lives and was loved by many. We thank God for lending us Judy Page Harris for as long as you did...with her enormous love she had for her family, her joyous outlook on life, her sense of humor, her gift of writing poetry and heart-warming children stories, her charismatic smile, loving heart for all and so much more. Your Divine gift of Judy has enriched the hearts of all those who knew her and will continue to resonate throughout time.

"Jubie" as he lovingly called her, will be forever missed and remembered by her husband, best friend and soul mate of 45 years, Ted M. Harris
Judy continues her legacy through her daughter, the light of her life, Lauren Wynne Perry, who will forever miss and remember her Mom who was the wind beneath her wings, her rock, her best friend. The bond they share was undeniable and unbreakable even thru death. Lauren's husband, Scott Perry, also referred to Judy as Mom; she will be forever be missed and remembered in his heart as well.

Judy, lovingly known as "Nana," loved her Grandsons and was so very proud of them both and that was completely reciprocated. She will be forever missed, loved and remembered by them, Justin Blake Wynne of Louisburg and Dylan Chase Wynne of Knightdale. Judy is also survived by her brother Roy Page (Faye) of Ashland, VA; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Otis Wade Hampton Page and Louise Melton Page of Richmond, VA; as well as her sister, Kimberly Parrish Page of South Hill, VA.

A memorial and Celebration of Judy's life will be held Sunday, April 15th, 2018. This will be a floating service from 3pm - 7pm. It will be held at her daughter Lauren's home, 227 Sacred Fire Road, Louisburg, NC 27549. Everyone that knew Judy is welcome to come by and help celebrate the beautiful person and soul she was. Judy always thought that life was to be embraced and celebrated together, share memories and create new ones.

With she and Ted being residents of Lake Royale since 1986, Judy loved her piece of paradise and in her memory, she would love to have flowers, plants, trees, etc. sent so that the family could have to plant, so a piece of her would always be here.

Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements. Online condolences may be made to www.lancasterfcs.com.
