LOUISBURG--Lillian Jewel Wynne Seagroves, 83, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at her home. The family received friends Sunday, Sept. 9, at 2 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, where funeral services followed at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Frank Sossoman officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

She was born the youngest of seven children to the late Charlie J. and Cora Fuller Wynne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Seagroves, and her siblings, Margaret Johnston, Norwood, Carl, George, Julian and Charlie Wynne.

Surviving: daughter, Jennifer Lee Lenihan; son, Rodney Lynn Seagroves; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
