LOUISBURG--Johnny Keith Piper, 58, of Louisburg died Wednesday, April 22, 2020. There will be no service at this time.
Johnny, better known as "Joe," was the son of the late Johnny and Annie Louise Piper. He was born February 1, 1962 in Franklin County. Afer leaving school, Joe went to work for Franklinton Cotton Mill, then later worked in construction as a professional painter.
Joe was known for his loving and kind heart. Though he did not have many possessions, he would go out of his way to help you in any way he could. Those who knew Joe best knew that he had a loving and generous heart, and we will miss him the most.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Wayne Piper, Jerry Ray Piper, and Michael Davey Piper; sisters, Dorothy Mae Young and Sarah Ann Piper.
Surviving: brothers, James Piper (Nancy), Ricky Piper (Teresa), Danny Piper (Tia); sisters, Rachel Dement (Donnie), Peggy Garrett (Ronnie), and Sheila Archamboult (Marc).
