FRANKLINTON--Andrew Robert Lortcher Jr., 40, of Franklinton, died Tuesday, June 30, 2020. A celebration of life will be held today, Thursday, at 7 p.m. at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel.
He was born on Feb. 8, 1980 to Andrew, Sr. and Margaret Glover Lortcher.
In addition to his parents, Andrew and Margaret, Andy is survived by his sisters, Angel Schwiefert and Andrea Jenkins (Michael); a special niece, Victoria Jenkins; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Andy was preceded in death by his brothers, Meade Buckley and Johnny Lortcher.
