LOUISBURG -- Charles "Chuck" Howard Best, Jr., 56, of Louisburg, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, at his home.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. "Preacher" Best, Sr.. He was a Chemical Operator for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.
A private graveside service will be held at White Level Baptist Church Cemetery.
Surviving: his mother, Shelba H. Smith, and aunts, uncles and many cousins.
In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to the SPCA of Franklin County, P.O. Box 1194, Youngsville, NC 27596.
