KRISTIA MAKAYLA RICHARDSON

HOLLISTER -- Kristia Makayla Richardson, age 10, went to rest in the loving arms of Jesus on February 6, 2021. She was born on January 5, 2011 to Mary Ellen Roberson and Marshall Bryant Richardson. Kristia was preceded in death by a cousin, Markel Richardson.

In addition to her parents, Mary and Bryant, Kristia is survived by her brothers, Christopher Moss, Jonathan Moss and Timothy Roberson; her grandparents, Otis "Edward" and Delia Richardson, Violet and Dale Moss, and Curtis Roberson; her great-grandfather Haywood Wilson; an aunt, Angel Roberson; uncles, Wesley Kyle Richardson (Shelly), Otis Jermaine Richardson (Allison) and Wallace Harvey; her cousins, Christian Roberson, Jordan Roberson, Brianna Roberson, Jermaine Boot Richardson, Nykel Richardson, C.J. Richardson, and Cameron Richardson.

Kristia was a happy fun-loving little girl, who loved unicorns, dancing on TikTok, wearing her mommy's makeup, and riding her bicycle or four-wheeler. She was loved by her great-grandfather, Haywood, who loved to call her Jap. She spent a lot of time with her grandfather Edward and anything she wanted when they were shopping, he put it in the cart. She loved helping her grandma Delia to make masks and Kristia "shopped" in Delia's closet. She would facetime her grandparents and was quick to keep them in line. Kristia will forever be loved and missed by her Mommy and Daddy. She was loved by all of her cousins and she thought of her cousin Kenny Wester as an uncle.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2021 in the chapel of Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549. Burial followed in the cemetery at Essex Church of God in Hollister.

Arrangements were handled by Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services. Online condolences may be made to www.lancasterfcs.com.
