MARY ELIZABETH B. FAULKNER
October 15, 1933 - April 16, 2021

LOUISBURG, NC - Mary Elizabeth (Liz) Beasley Faulkner, 87, of Louisburg, passed away Friday, April 16, 2021.

Liz was a daughter of the late Owen and Beatrice Puckett Beasley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Faulkner; infant daughter, April Darlene Faulkner and her son, Bobby Faulkner, Jr. and a great-granddaughter, Lily Faulkner; and a sister, Carol Roberts.

Liz was a member of Hill King United Methodist Church.

A graveside service was held 1 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at the Faulkner Family Cemetery at 191 Bennett Perry Road, Louisburg, North Carolina. The family received friends following the service.

Liz is survived by her daughters Shae (Danny) Johnson and Kim Faulkner: sons, Joel Faulkner and Sam Faulkner. Sisters Christine Thaxton; Florence Sondys and Celia (Howard) Kierzewski; brother Sam (Pat) Beasley. Sister-in-law, Sue F. Alford and brother-in-law, Wilton "Snoot" Faulkner. Grandchildren, Kenneth Faulkner, Kim Friddle and husband Will; Daniel Johnson and Owen Faulkner; great-grandchildren, Emma and William Friddle; Bobby and Charleston Faulkner; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Franklin County Senior Center Day Program at 127 South Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg, North Carolina 27549.

The family would like to thank the Franklin County Senior Center Adult Day Program and Amedisys Hospice Care of Franklinton for all the help they have been to our family.
