FRANCES WILDER FOSTER

LOUISBURG, NC--Frances Wilder Foster, 90, of Louisburg, went to her heavenly home on Monday, October 25, 2021 surrounded by her daughters. She was the daughter of the late Bert R. and Aileen G. Wilder. Frances was predeceased by her husband, George D. Foster; brother, John Earl Wilder; and son-in-law, Archie Baker.

Frances was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church where she had served as treasurer for many years. She was never one to seek praise or glory for herself, but was always ready to help those in need oftentimes sewing clothing for them or providing meals. She dearly loved her God, church and family.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Sheila F. Allen (Bobby) and Georgette F. Baker; grandchildren, Sabrina B. Cox (Jason), Meagan A. Hendrix (Ryan), and Kim Baker (Travis Benton); two great-grandsons, Levi and Marshall Cox; a sister, Rebecca W. Wells; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family received friends from 1-2 p.m. on Monday, November 1, at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Sandy Creek Baptist Church, PO Box 60 Louisburg, NC 27549.

Arrangements are under the care of Lancaster Cremation & Funeral Services 804 N Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549. Online condolences may be offered by visiting www.lancasterfcs.com
