TROY, NC--Betty Jo Green McIntyre, 70, of Troy passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2022. She was born on November 3, 1951 to the late George Bruton and Emily Robertson Green. In addition to her parents, Betty Jo was predeceased by her brother, George Green, Jr.
Betty Jo is survived by her daughter, April Daywalt (Joseph) of Biscoe; sons, Joseph McIntyre (Jennifer) of Star, and Johnny McIntyre (Crystal) of McLeansville; a sister, Lucy Salter (Billy) of Battleboro; brothers, Cary Green (Tina) of Louisburg, Scott Green of Louisburg, Tim Green (Mary Ann) of Spring Hope, and Ted Green (Shannon) of Franklinton; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, May 5, at Lancaster Memorial Park, 2210 Hwy 561 Louisburg, NC 27549.
