Wake Forest, NC--Edward Lynn "Andy" Chatman, 75, of Wake Forest, died July 28, 2022. He was born in Wake County on May 14, 1947, to the late Junious B and Madeline Alice Privette Chatman. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Alice Fay and a brother, Mack "Rabbit" Chatman.
Andy is survived by his wife, Patricia Daniel Chatman; children, Kelvin Roberts (Angie), Michael Myers and Loretta Rigsbee; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandson; brothers, John Chatman (Frances) and Charlie Chatman (Joanie).
The family received friends from 6 -7:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel, 504 E. Mason St. Franklinton, NC 27525. A graveside service was held 11 a.m., Wednesday August 3, 2022 at Markham Memorial Gardens, in Chapel Hill.
