BUNN, NC -- Jean H. Baker, 85, of the Bunn Community passed away Sunday morning at Franklin Oaks after a long battle with dementia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Sally Horton, and sister, Pat Horton May. She was born June 11, 1937.

She is survived by her daughters Angie (Tim) Tharrington of Castalia, NC; Cheryl (Steve) Ransdell of Louisburg, NC; son Larry (Kristi) Baker of Youngsville, NC., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
