LOUISBURG, NC--Ernest Corbin Franklin, 71 , of Louisburg died December 9, 2022 . He was born on September 5, 1951 the son of the late Earl Bane and Mary Catlett Franklin.
Ernest is survived by his children, Mary King (Jessica), Wade Franklin (Jeanie), Philip Franklin, and Ashley Gourley; his five grandchildren; and his siblings, Roger Franklin, Mary Ann Walkup, and Thomas Franklin.
A celebration of Ernest's life will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, December 16, at Pocomoke Cowboy Church with Pastor Spencer Strickland officiating.
